Newly Elected Members:
Newly elected members should send a cheque/credit card details for the Entrance Fee (if applicable) and proportionate Subscription for the current year. For example if a member is elected in February he would pay 10/12ths of the annual subscription.
They should also return their completed Register of Members form, completed Direct Debit Mandates for the next year (The direct debit mandates must be returned to the Membership Secretary at the Club NOT the individual's bank. Direct Debit payments cannot be retrospective.
Please note that membership to the club needs to be taken up within one month after receiving notice of election, if not the election shall be void, unless the delay of payment is explained to the satisfaction of the Committee.
