A panel of experts, Dr Daw Khin Mar Mar Kyi, Martin Smith and Dr Michael Marett-Crosby will discuss the future of Myanmar in what is sure to be a fascinating evening.

Martin Smith is an author, Prospect Burma Trustee and Myanmar expert. He is a leading authority on Burmese politics and researched for two decades, reported extensively and made several TV documentaries on Burma.

Dr Michael Marett-Crosby is a trustee of Prospect Burma, the Rangoon General Hospital Reinvigoration Charitable Trust, the Suu Foundation, Irrawaddy Policy Exchange, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi Trust for Health and Education, the Tekkatho Foundation and the Lucy Faithfull Foundation. Prior to working for Daw Suu, he worked at Oxford University, in the UK prison service and as a Catholic priest in Jersey.

Dr Daw Khin Mar Mar Kyi is the inaugural Daw Aung San Suu Kyi Gender Research Fellow and award winning social anthropologist, based at the University of Oxford. She is also the producer of an acclaimed documentary, Dreams of Dutiful Daughters (2013).  She taught for many years at the Australian National University.
