ANNUAL CRICKET CLUB DINNER

Please join the Savile Club Cricket Club for their annual Cricket Dinner where we reminisce about the season.

There will be an opening speech and toast from the captain, Will Smith, before the starters.

After pudding Alexander Dennis, Cricket Club Treasurer and Statistician, will run through the stats and fantasy league scores highlighting the highs and lows!

Alastair Bowden, opening batsman extraordinaire, will be doing his annual recital of his song about a man named Jack. 

We will be awarding the inaugural ‘Huge if True’ prize, a nod to our dear late Fingers, for the most Savilian moment of the season.

This season we won 11 out of 14 matches making it our most successful season to date.

On top of the cricketing excellence showed by much of the team, there was an abundance of the typical Savilian drop catches (dropping 13 in one game on tour was a particular highlight).
